Shipping Policy Standard Ground Shipping to the Continental United States is provided based upon delivery destination via UPS. NOTE: UPS does NOT ship to Post Office Boxes. You must provide a street address. Please allow one to two business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for deliveries. Shipments to Alaska, the Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico and Hawaii will arrive via Priority Mail. Shipping charges to these destinations will NOT be displayed on your order total. These charges will be added through our order processing facility. We can tell you that if your order is under $25, your charge to ship to Alaska, the Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico and Hawaii, you will be charged a flat $12.50. If your order exceeds $25, your shipping charges will be $12.50 PLUS 4 % of the total order price. If you have questions about the shipping charges for your order to these destinations, please e-mail A Gift Rack. Again, these charges WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR TOTAL locally. Other shipping methods are available, but not listed because they are costly. If you're interested in other shipping methods, please e-mail A Gift Rack for more information. PLEASE NOTE: A $2.50 Low Order Fee will be charged for all orders under $25.00. A Gift Rack does not ship internationally. A Gift Rack does not complete orders if a non-working email address is provided. All cancelled orders will be refunded.
Tax Policy
A Gift Rack collects sales or use tax for shipments to California and Arizona.

Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. Out of stock items will automatically be back ordered. If you wish to cancel the back order, simply contact Customer Service via email. Don't forget to include your order number and the item number you wish to cancel.
Returns With an Original Sales Receipt:
Online refunds will be issued using the original form of payment for price paid within 30 days of purchase. Contact Customer Service via email for instructions and return information. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.
Credit Card Refunds
For returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
